CPU characters
They’re the computer opponents, each with a name and a personality, and you can play them on Easy, Normal, Hard or Expert. Begin on Easy. Move up whenever you like.
Who are the rivals?
Every rival talks back, and one of them holds grudges.
| Rival | Plays like | Best at | Says |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sunny | Buys first, plans later. | Easy | “Is that one for sale? I’ll take it.” |
| Captain Moss | Collects stations like ships in bottles. | Normal | “All aboard. That’s my station.” |
| Lulu | Will trade you anything, twice. | Normal | “Utility for your street? Final offer. Probably.” |
| Auntie Fern | Counts every buck twice. Sometimes three times. | Hard | “Slow and steady buys the street.” |
| Bea | Bakes cookies, builds hotels. | Hard | “You’re on my street? Lovely.” |
| Pip | Never forgets an auction. | Expert | “You outbid me. I’ll remember that.” |
How do you play against them?
Choose CPU characters when you start a game, then add them at the Players step. Up to 5 CPU characters can join one game, each with a difficulty you pick, and each character plays their own token.
CPU games need no account and no connection, and the game saves on your device after every move. Play signed in and they earn coins too.
A CPU game pauses any time, so a practice round can wait while you check a rule on the rules page.
Get a round in before game night. Practice against a CPU character.
